Put them by Worcester Common or Institute Park everyday of the week, not just weekends or the summer. A minimum of 5 trucks with different ethnic foods would be great. Make the opperators of the food trucks responsible for maintaining their space by picking up any trash and discarding any cooking oils and food waste responsibly.
