time to get a new topic.The last comment was August 5th.,plus the council already has approved an implementation plan.This site is getting stagnant.To keep interest you need to keep up with current topics aka.the youth problems in the city.also when you take a topic off you should post a result of any action.Another topic should be about the skateboards and what to do for them,and the policy about Drop off at the DPW recycle site.Should be a time limit on a topic whether one week or two weeks.
