Is the City planning on revising the ordinance? Among other issues is the part where -trucks must move every 5 mins. ,500 feet.I realize the other parts of the ordinance has to do with getting a longer type street vender license and has to deal with food establishments ok in vicinity etc but the above condition 5 mins move 500 feet affects someone from trying a new spot out for a short term ie. A few hours just before or after a bar closing etc

And the problem I see is that Economica Developement is only giving "lip service " to developing new business of food trucks because of the restrictive way the administration just keeps doing "trials" instead of actually dealing with the ordinance that they,or excuse is prior council , put in place just to favor the few while costing the City new business and the benefits that come with it.
