I think food trucks would increase walking traffic and inexpensive lunches/food choices for our community.  I know people have been afraid this could take business away from our hard working restaurants, but I don't think it would (obviously research could be done on this).  Let's bring back the old Worcester when we had canteen trucks people could go to on lunch break, where you could grab a coffee and sandwich.  This is a good thing!
