Should dogs be allowed on leashes in City parks?

Yes, I think dogs should be allowed on leashes in City Parks.  I feel that if they are on leashes there is no reason why they shouldnt be allowed.  

If dogs were to be allowed in City parks, what measures should the City take to keep our parks safe and clean?

The City should make sure there are trash receptacles at parks for people to pick up after their own dogs, keep signs posted and have occasional visits from the City.

What specific rules and/or restrictions should a potential dog park have?

All dogs must be kept vaccinated and their owners are responsible for their actions.
