Food trucks would be awesome in areas not readily serviced by a restaurant.  Maybe near parks, beaches, office buildings and other business areas, downtown, near the library and branches, and other outlying and busy areas in the city.  It would be a great way to encourage entrepreneurship and economic growth.  It may also encourage more people and families to go to and stay at a park or beach longer if they can just grab a quick bite there instead of having to leave to either eat at a restaurant or go home for lunch.  I also like the idea of having food trucks near the colleges.  It would give students more of an option besides the cafeteria or food court.
