Honestly I don't think there is a reason not to allow food trucks in the city of Worcester. I believe our city would benefit from having these mobile eateries. This would help people live the dream many have of being their own bosses and create many jobs in the city of Worcester. It will also keep the growing food scene in our city going strong. I really think that it will help the greatly talented chefs in and around our city to branch out on their own and explore their creativity, esp when most can't afford to own the rent of an actual restaurant.
I think it would be a great idea to have food trucks serve at office buildings and other well traveled areas around lunch time and dinner/late night outside of bars who do not serve food.
